Hard tennis courts can be susceptible to moss and algae, creating a dangerous, slippery surface. We recommend a twice-yearly application of di-algae followed by specialised deep pressure cleaning.
Any uneven areas can be resurfaced and retextured and any cracks or other surface damage are seamlessly repaired with infra-ray heat treatments. Root encroachment and subsidence can also be rectified and the surface re-levelled. After our maintenance visit we will arrange for a slip test to your court, this service is free as part of our integrated testing package. We recommend that your hard court be retextured every four to five years.
We use SAPCA approved sports premium textured paint for this job, creating a safer surface with super grip. If your court has become severely degraded, we can replace the surface with a high-quality synthetic overlay such as Smash Court® or Porous Kushion Kourt.
Grey green courts often suffer from moss and algae contamination, leading to unsightly, slippery areas and grit migration.
We use COSHH approved chemicals and a gentle jet wash to remove moss and algae. We will also apply a fresh top dressing of grit.
In addition to a deep clean to combat invading vegetation and algae, we can carry out other renovations to your synthetic court. Our rejuvenation process corrects the problems of poor drainage by using specialist machinery to remove damaged infill and free-up compacted infill. We then apply a new dressing and level the fresh infill to the correct pile level.
After your court has been renovated, we recommend a professional maintenance programme to keep the surface in perfect condition.
